I do projects on a fixed hourly rate + $30 for each additional thirty minutes.

I try to really understand the history of the site that I’m shooting. Before I even start shooting, be prepared to tell me some of the site’s history. When was it built approximately? What events in Nashville history has it witnessed? Was it occupied by anyone famous? Just tell me some interesting facts.
